Job Summary
Lead commercial success on projects by negotiating subcontract terms, managing specialist payments, and ensuring strict compliance with contract obligations. Monitor and track contract performance regarding program, cost, and key events through site visits and monthly valuations. Evaluate budget changes, capture cost variances, and produce Earned Value Analysis reports while maintaining change registers. Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to resolve outstanding issues and verify closeout processes. This full-time permanent role operates 8am-5pm Monday to Friday from the Nepicar Park Office. You will work closely with other departments to gain industry breadth. United Infrastructure specializes in net zero retrofit and revitalizing communities through sustainable infrastructure solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be highly computer literate including Microsoft Office
- Confident in managing and working with large data sets
- This job is a full-time permanent role
- 8am-5pm Monday to Friday
