Job Summary
Senior Quantity Surveyor responsible for managing subcontract terms, commercial management across pre-contract through final account on water and wastewater infrastructure projects; NEC contract administration (NEC4 Option A, B & E), cost planning, forecasting and budget control; tendering, design, pricing, and post-contract activities; site visits to administer contracts; reporting on programme, cost and key events; collaborate with client and subcontractors; mentor junior staff; experience with AMP frameworks and regulated utility environments.
Required Qualifications
- Significant post-qualification experience in a Quantity Surveying role within civil engineering or utilities infrastructure
- Proven experience delivering projects under AMP frameworks (AMP7 / AMP8)
- Demonstrable experience administering NEC contracts, including compensation events, early warnings, and programme impacts
