Job Summary
Senior QS/Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong responsible for pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow, preparation of tender documentation, tendering and evaluation, post-contract administration including contract documentation, valuation of progress payments, variation assessment, cost control, and final accounts. Requires a Degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 1 year of related experience; technical knowledge in measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law; strong teamwork and clear English and Cantonese communication. MEP experience is advantageous. Arcadis Hong Kong focuses on sustainable design and engineering solutions for natural and built assets.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in Quantity Surveying
- With technical knowledge – Measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law
- Candidates with MEP experience and technical know-how will have advantage
- Understand and familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes
- Able to work as a team player
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to communicate clearly in spoken Cantonese and written Chinese
