Job Summary
Senior Quantity Surveyor for @One Alliance joining Mott MacDonald Bentley to provide commercial support and governance, manage cost control, reporting, and contractual compliance across large-scale civil/infrastructure projects; collaborate with delivery teams to drive efficiency, maintain records for audits, and oversee final accounts; requires Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent and professional qualification (RICS/CIOB/ICE); travel to sites across the region; SAP/NEC3 experience and driving licence required.
Required Qualifications
- Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent
- Proven experience of Quantity Surveying with relevant professional qualification e.g. RICS, CIOB, ICE
- Experience using SAP e.g. Finance, Procurement, ALM
- Previous experience drafting construction contracts
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your operational region
