Job Summary
Senior Quantity Surveyor with NEC4 expertise to provide senior commercial and contract management support for HS2 Track DJV across rail/infrastructure projects. Based in London with hybrid working. Key duties include NEC4 contract administration, Compensation Events, change and risk management, cost forecasting and reporting, stakeholder liaison, and maintaining audit trails to safeguard client value and programme outcomes. Requires degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, extensive infrastructure/rail experience, and strong NEC4 knowledge. MRICS or working towards chartership preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
- Extensive experience in major infrastructure / rail
- Strong working knowledge of NEC4 (essential)
- Proven track record in: Cost management of NEC4; Compensation Event assessment; Commercial assurance on client/consultancy side
- Professional Membership MRICS / working towards chartership preferred
