Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ensure site teams adhere to group procedures and governance while preparing valuations and applications for payment with full supporting documentation. Oversee cost reports to the client and manage subcontract and material procurement schedules, administering accounts from requisition preparation through final account agreements. Undertake contract administration including change management, identify commercial risks and opportunities, and measure quantities per standard methods. Maintain associated registers and use cost allocation coding satisfying internal and external requirements.
