Job Summary
Senior/ Mid-Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead tendering and post-contract QS activities for mining/oil & gas projects, including budget and BOQ preparation, cost estimating, EPC tender management, preparation of RFPs/EOIs, change orders, and validation against RoC; support site QS with progress tracking, earned quantities/hours, and mitigation planning to align with the Project Master Schedule; ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulatory policies; leverage MS Excel/Access for data analysis and reporting; strong multidisciplinary knowledge across civil, structural, piping, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, coatings, and safety; Indonesian project experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Construction Management (or combination with adequate experience)
- Experience with Lump Sum, Reimbursable Contract and Unit Rate contracts
- Strong understanding of construction disciplines (civil, structural, piping, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, coatings, fireproofing)
- Experience with MS Excel & MS Access for data analysis and reporting
- Experience in site quantity surveying and progress tracking
- Ability to read and communicate contract requirements and project drawings
- Minimum 8 years experience in the relevant industry for Senior QS (Junior/Intermediate considered for less)
