Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP

Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP responsible for cost control on behalf of the contracting entity, leading a team of Intermediate Quantity Surveyors, ensuring proper management of spend, and payments compliance (schedules of rates, bills of quantities, materials on/off site). Develop and maintain cost management processes, prepare and review Bills of Quantities and schedules, provide cost advice to project teams, and support claims/disputes. Manage on-site and off-site cost reporting, monthly certificates, and final accounts; drive budgeting to meet project goals; lead and mentor the QS team; collaborate with supply chain and stakeholders; ensure adherence to contractual terms and industry standards across aviation/transport infrastructure projects. The role is full-time, based in Dublin with a hybrid work arrangement, and requires extensive experience in cost management for large-scale infrastructure projects.
