Job Summary
Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) responsible for pre-contract cost estimates, tender documentation, tender evaluation, post-contract administration, progress payment valuation, variation assessment, cost control, and final accounts. Requires degree in Quantity Surveying, 2–5 years of QS experience, knowledge of measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law; advantageous if with pre-contract experience in consultancy. Must communicate clearly in English and Cantonese; teamwork-oriented; opportunity to contribute to sustainable design and global Arcadis initiatives in Hong Kong.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 2 to 5 years of related experience in Quantity Surveying
- With technical knowledge – Measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law
- Candidates with pre-contract experience and consultancy background will have advantage
- Understand and familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes
- Able to work as a team player
- Ability to communicate clearly in both spoken and written English
- Ability to communicate clearly in spoken Cantonese and written Chinese
