Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor role focusing on delivering cost estimates, budgets and financial reporting across infrastructure projects (rail, highways, utilities, defence, energy, aviation) in Scotland. Prepare monitoring and forecasting to ensure value for money and cost efficiency. Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders to facilitate project delivery. Direct and manage client-focused teams, mentor colleagues, and administer contracts to maintain commercial control and compliance. Manage contract changes effectively and provide sound commercial support to all stakeholders. Strong track record in quantity surveying and commercial management of major infrastructure projects; professional accreditation (RICS, CICES) preferred; NEC contracts experience and related certifications are advantageous.
