Job Summary
Lead measurement, cost control and contract administration for infrastructure projects; prepare major variation claims, cost impact assessments and commercial reports; review BOQs and valuations; conduct risk analysis for cost overruns; mentor junior QS staff; coordinate with finance, planning, and engineering teams; participate in client and contractor negotiations and project reviews. Requires Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering with 10–15 years QS experience including 5+ years in senior roles; strong commercial expertise and knowledge of FIDIC contracts; advanced skills in measurements, cost forecasting and claim preparation.
