Job Summary
Senior Quantity Surveyor position at ISG, based in Bradford, UK. Requires experience in managing large construction projects, leading commercial activities, and maintaining client relationships. Full-time role with a focus on public sector projects.
Required Qualifications
- Recognised qualification in a building related subject
- Main contractor experience within the Construction market
- Direct experience of different project types
- Experience of different contracts forms including management forms, 2 stage, single stage and Design & Build
- Experience as a Lead Surveyor on projects ranging between £20m to £50m
Desired Qualifications
- Recognised chartership with MCIOB or MRICS is preferable
- Experience in claims resolution with both the Employer and Sub-Contractor
- Experience in establishing, managing and leading a large project team
