Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary
Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, rate build-ups, and project budgets for civil, infrastructure, MEP/MEICA, and related works. Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, scope of work, and contractual requirements. Obtain, evaluate, and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations while identifying cost risks or discrepancies. Support variations, claims, tender submissions, commercial proposals, and cost reporting. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, and Commercial teams while monitoring scope changes and cost impact. Requires a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related engineering fields and 8–15 years of relevant experience. Qatar/GCC project experience is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8–15 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, estimation, or commercial functions
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, construction methods, BOQs, drawings, specifications, contracts, and project scope
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in infrastructure, wastewater treatment, STP, MEP/MEICA, or construction projects
- Qatar/GCC project experience
