Job Summary
Senior Quantity Surveyor responsible for identifying and managing risks and opportunities on projects across the SW region; ensure compliance with contractual obligations, maintain records to maximise entitlements, prepare and submit applications for payment and recoveries, manage sub-contract accounts through final account settlement, monitor progress and provide accurate reporting, and negotiate settlements with clients. Candidates should have M&E background, NEC3/4 and JCT familiarity, and a degree/HNC-level qualification (or significant experience). The role involves working on various projects and liaising with operational teams to manage contract terms, risks, and payments.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor with an M&E background
- A degree/HNC level qualification and/or significant experience
- Experience of change and subcontract management
- A good understanding of NEC3/4 contracts & JCT (desirable)
