Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary
Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to manage commercial and cost reporting aspects of allocated rail and infrastructure projects, lead on commercial review and valuation of contractor applications, oversee contract administration including NEC/ICC terms, support pre-contract procurement of suppliers/main contractors, and provide guidance on change and contractual notices. Requires experience with NEC 3/4 contracts, knowledge of rail sector, and degree-level education or Chartered status through an Associate Member pathway. Role is remote with biweekly travel to the Dublin office; travel flexibility to meet project needs. Strong communication skills and ability to maintain proper commercial records and final accounts are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to a degree standard in a related subject or Associate Member of a relevant professional institute with Chartered status
- Experience in NEC 3 and/or NEC 4 contracts
- Experience in pre and post contract management and procurement within commercial contract management
- Knowledge of rail and infrastructure projects
- Ability to manage commercial records, final accounts, and contract administration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise delivery of objectives
