Job Summary
Ensure successful financial delivery through effective cost control, monthly valuations, and management of variations and change orders. Collaborate with contracts, estimating, and pre-construction teams to understand project scopes, review package allowances, and oversee subcontractor tendering, negotiations, and contract documentation. Review supplier terms, track job performance, prepare payment applications, process subcontractor payments, and attend commercial meetings to report on project performance. Support project managers with commercial activities and conduct site visits across the UK and Ireland as needed. Work within the Commercial department to safeguard client satisfaction and company profitability on our Main Contractor projects in the Decarbonisation sector.
