Job Summary
Lead cost management project teams and oversee commission management, including end-to-end service delivery for large or complex projects. Drive cost planning activities, produce monthly post-contract cost reports, and lead value engineering and life cycle costing exercises. Manage commercial negotiations, contract administration, and invoicing processes using D-365 to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve issues and deliver robust cost reporting structures. Bachelor's degree in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying with minimum 7 years' experience in construction projects. Native-level proficiency in Cantonese and fluent in English required; Post MHKIS qualification preferred. Located in public housing sector with a focus on public sector experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years' experience in cost management or construction projects
- Native-level proficiency in Cantonese
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software
- relevant experience in public sector, especially in public housing project
- Post MHKIS qualification 5 years
