Job Summary
Senior Quantity Surveyor responsible for establishing client requirements, feasibility studies, cost estimation, contract preparation and administration, valuation and budget analyses, subcontractor management, variation assessment, and providing contract advice within a global infrastructure consultancy environment. Targets include measuring quantities for architectural/infrastructure/structural work, preparing tender and contract documents, ensuring adherence to building regulations, and delivering cost analyses and progress reports while mentoring juniors and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
- 8 years of experience within pre and post contract in consultancy / main contractor environment
- Mentor and provide guidance to juniors
- Demonstrate passion, be results orientated and commitment to the company and client
- Works collaboratively with guidance on how to complete unfamiliar work activities
