Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary
Establish client requirements and undertake feasibility studies for infrastructure projects. Interpret engineering drawings to calculate costs, prepare main building and piling contracts for tender, and measure quantities for architectural and structural work. Administer pre and post contract consultancy, assess variation orders, and compile documents for execution while adhering to statutory regulations. Allocate work to subcontractors, analyze outcomes for progress reports, and provide advice on contractual claims. Mentor juniors and perform self-checks on work products. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Building or Quantity Surveying and 8 years of experience in pre and post contract consultancy or main contracting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
- 8 years of experience within pre and post contract in consultancy / main contractor environment
- Builder and/or infrastructure project would be of advantages
