Job Summary
Senior Quantitative UX Researcher responsible for uncovering insights about users by integrating attitudinal and behavioral data across a range of methods. Design and execute research to connect what users do with why they do it, helping teams make informed, evidence-based decisions. Own UX measurement through surveys, including large-scale tracking to understand the user experience over time. Translate survey data into clear insights, identifying drivers of engagement, retention, and conversion. Partner with product, design, and analytics teams to connect user feedback with product decisions and provide context to behavioral data. Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations and prioritize research in fast-moving environments to unlock decisions. Requires 5+ years of experience in UX research, D2C experience, strong communication, and proficiency with relevant software.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience as a UX researcher or research analyst
- D2C experience researching touchpoints in the acquisition and conversion funnel
- experience working with cross-functional teams in support of product development
- strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- proficient in MS Suite, usability study software, and/or statistical research software
