Job Summary
Senior Quantitative Analyst responsible for building client-facing capitalization and financial models to support M&A, SPAC/deSPAC, and early-stage financing engagements; develop and maintain pro-forma capitalizations, liquidation waterfalls, merger consideration spreadsheets, and IPO S-1 models; mentor and train teams, create training materials, and collaborate with deal teams and attorneys to provide analytical support and actionable insights throughout deal progress; communicate analysis clearly to partners, associates, and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- CFA or MBA is ideal
- Minimum of five (5) years of related analytical experience in corporate finance, consulting, or M&A
- experience with ad-hoc requests and fast-paced environment
