Job Summary
This Senior Quality Test Engineer I role involves developing and executing automated and performance tests to ensure high-quality software delivery. Key responsibilities include collaborating with various teams to plan and coordinate testing activities, reporting testing results, and identifying opportunities for enhancing testing capabilities. Candidates should have a strong foundation in QA methodologies and testing skills, as well as experience with API testing and automation tools like Selenium and Cucumber. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science and over four years of QA Test Engineering experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of QA Test Engineering experience
- BS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies
- Solid QA testing skills with high attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber BDD
- Familiarity with the Karate Test Automation Framework is a plus
- Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman
- Experience with GitHub pipelines
- Proven ability to develop and execute automated and performance testing
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong project management skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research abilities (tools and root cause analysis)
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to AWS or Azure environments
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI-based applications
