Senior Quality Technician

Job Summary
As a Senior Quality Technician, you will analyze quality data to identify trends, support corrective and preventive actions, and maintain quality documentation. You will collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues while contributing to new product development and continuous improvement initiatives, employing methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of quality systems are essential, along with the ability to solve problems using structured methods.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or engineering environment
- Working knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar standards
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Intermediate understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Experience with root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA)
- Experience working with suppliers and customer quality requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
