Job Summary
Senior Quality Systems Engineer leading and supporting quality processes integration with Quality systems and tools (e.g., CLEaR, EPES, eSMS, MESci, QDSS, IQDS). Develops and presents quality metrics and KPIs, supports Enterprise Quality initiatives, and contributes to Digital Transformation efforts including Sapphire Program, DLP, and Data Lakehouse. Experience with ESATS, ACP, and related Boeing quality systems; able to create Tableau dashboards and share information with leadership; travel up to 10% as needed. Notable responsibilities include representation and leadership of BDS Quality Requirements across sites/programs, assessment of non-conformances, and data-driven communication to leadership. Education and experience align with a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in quality management; aerospace/manufacturing exposure preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- 1+ years of experience performing quantitative or statistical analysis, data collection, preparation and interpretation
