Senior Quality Manager (f/m/x) – EPCM Industry, Semiconductor Fabrication Plant

Job Summary
Establish and lead the site quality organization while maintaining the Construction Quality Management Plan for a demanding semiconductor fabrication project. Prepare, review, and manage inspection and test plans to ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, and normative requirements. Supervise executing contractors, verify implementation of Quality Management plans including FATs and SATs, and coordinate quality documentation across all trades. Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure adherence to local building codes, EU standards, and occupational health & safety legislation. Continuously improve site quality processes while managing 100% on-site presence in an EU neighboring country west of Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Process or Chemical Engineering or comparable
- Several years of experience in quality management for large‐scale high‐tech or industrial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of inspection methods in civil works, steel structures, piping and mechanical equipment
- Confident handling of drawings, isometrics, P&IDs and technical documentation
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Full willingness to travel for project-related work within Germany and Europe
- 100% on‐site presence
