Job Summary
Establish and lead the site quality organization, maintaining the Construction Quality Management Plan while preparing, reviewing, and managing inspection and test plans. Ensure implementation of Quality Management plans including FATs and SATs, supervise executing contractors, and coordinate relevant experts for construction-accompanying quality documentation. Conduct quality checks and inspections across all trades to ensure compliance with local building codes, EU standards, and occupational health & safety legislation. Continuously improve site quality processes for large-scale semiconductor or battery cell manufacturing projects. 100% on-site presence required in an EU neighboring country west of Germany, with full willingness to travel within Germany and Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Process or Chemical Engineering or comparable
- Several years of experience in quality management for large-scale high-tech or industrial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of inspection methods in civil works, steel structures, piping and mechanical equipment
- Confident handling of drawings, isometrics, P&IDs and technical documentation
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Full willingness to travel for project-related work within Germany and Europe
- 100% on-site presence
