Job Summary
Senior Quality Manager APAC responsible for leading Quality System processes across the APAC region, acting as regional SME for Quality Systems, owning key APAC quality processes, driving governance forums (QMR, CRB, Process Forums, PMS), representing APAC in global quality discussions, and applying quality engineering fundamentals with a data-driven approach while ensuring APAC regulatory requirements are met. Lead and manage a team of Quality System Specialists and Managers, support country affiliates, and ensure alignment with global standards and execution across APAC markets. Strong collaboration with commercial teams and demonstrable leadership in stakeholder engagement and escalation of issues.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Quality Systems, preferably within the Medical Device industry and/or prior pharmaceutical regulatory exposure is considered an added advantage
- APAC regional experience
- Leadership experience of at least 7 years
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of Quality System requirements
- Ability to partner with commercial teams and support business objectives
