Senior Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Manager

Job Summary
Lead safety committee initiatives, drive safety programs, and manage ISO 45001 certification across vineyards and DTC operations. Develop and maintain cohesive health and safety training, conduct regular inspections, and oversee contractor safety management while responding to critical incidents. Manage Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001 implementation, supplier quality control, and complaint investigations. Lead continuous improvement efforts through Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization. Oversee environmental compliance, sustainability committees, and ISO 14001/50001 certifications to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Develop annual QHSE budgets, coordinate CAPEX issuance, and benchmark best practices across Moet Hennessy Maisons.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field
- English language proficiency
- 7-10 years of quality and environmental experience in industry
- History of successful ISO management systems implementation
- Management experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful QA strategies and managing quality systems
- Strong understanding of quality methodologies, tools, and processes (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC)
- In-depth knowledge of relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and other industry-specific regulations
- Knowledge of Product Quality Assurance analyses and methodology
- Ability to work safely, including the proper use of protective equipment and proper handling of hazardous substances as specified in Domaine Chandon's Chemical Hygiene Plan
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word

- Winery experience
