Job Summary
Senior Quality Engineer at Opus 2 to lead complex, often ambiguous quality work across squads, shape testing approaches (unit, API, UI, exploratory), own automation strategy and CI/CD signals, coach mid-level and junior QEs and developers, collaborate with Product and Design to translate user needs into acceptance criteria, and leverage AI tooling to raise quality, speed, and productivity across a distributed, multi-tenant SaaS platform built on AWS/Kubernetes/Docker. You’ll drive prevention over detection, design scalable testing solutions, and help scale the QE enablement function while maintaining ownership of quality outcomes from idea to production.
