Senior Quality Engineer

Lead and train team members in measurement and inspection processes while supervising functional and optical testing, geometrical measurements, and visual inspections. Prepare reports and technical specifications for project activities and serial production, manage documentation to ensure proper inspection and verification instructions, and identify areas for improvement to recommend process changes. Participate in workshops and projects related to function and department activities, including functional testing of final goods. This role is based on-site in Kaunas and reports directly to the Plant Quality Manager. The position requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics with at least two years of manufacturing engineering experience.
