Senior Quality Engineer

Represent the quality function of technical support alongside internal groups regarding issues affecting manufacturing on global customer accounts. Serve as liaison between Jabil and suppliers or customers on global quality-related issues. Develop and maintain QA plans for new product introductions, evaluate inspection processes, and provide input via inspection aids. Support quoting activities by participating in initial process design and development phases. Develop systems for document storage, access, and review for global customer accounts. Review all supply and customer discrepancies, coordinate corrective and preventative action efforts, and drive proactive participation with suppliers. Interface with all departments on policies and procedures, provide technical support on quality issues, and assist in standardizing manufacturing processes. Adhere to safety, health, and security policies.
