Job Summary
Senior Quality Engineer responsible for owning and executing manual testing across the development lifecycle, collaborating to define acceptance criteria and test strategies, and contributing to automated tests for API and UI layers. Applies AI-assisted tools to accelerate test creation, reviews AI-generated artifacts for business-outcome validity, and advocates continuous improvement in quality practices and delivery speed within an Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience testing enterprise-grade, scalable, and distributed applications
- Experience with automation frameworks/tools (e.g., Pytest, Selenium, Playwright) is beneficial
- Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, coding agents, or AI-assisted test automation is a plus
- Exposure to testing products that incorporate AI/ML technologies, agentic workflows, or automation
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think critically about AI-assisted outputs and edge cases
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps concepts
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
