Job Summary
Lead investigations into customer complaints, warranty returns, and critical quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies like 8D, FMEA, and CAPA. Drive root cause analyses and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions while maintaining an ISO 9001:2015-compliant Quality Management System. Plan internal audits, develop quality metrics dashboards, and present performance insights to leadership to reduce Cost of Quality and warranty expenses. Partner with Engineering, Technology, Manufacturing, and Services teams to shape product quality and operational excellence across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software testing, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical role.
- Strong expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, FMEA, 5 Why, Fishbone, and CAPA.
- Experience working within ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
- Experience with industrial automation, control systems, or process control environments, such as DCS, SIS, PLC.
- Experience leading internal, external, or customer audits.
- Knowledge of regulated industries and compliance requirements, including 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, and FDA industry guidance.
- Certifications such as ASQ CQE, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related continuous improvement credentials.
- Previous experience leading quality technicians, engineers, or quality teams.
