Senior Quality Engineer, Data & AI Platform

Senior Quality Engineer - Data & AI Platform responsible for validating AI-powered and data-driven features across the hospitality-focused platform. Owns quality for Data & AI products, focusing on probabilistic outputs rather than binary correctness, and builds testing practices to prevent AI-related failures from reaching customers. Performs design and execution of test strategies for AI/ML-enabled features, validates AI-generated outputs (e.g., mappings, anomaly flags, LLM summaries), builds regression suites for concept drift and feature degradation, writes data validation logic in Python/SQL across Bronze-Silver-Gold, implements automated validation in Databricks pipelines, defines production monitoring for model performance, conducts functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing, creates automated test scripts with Katalon and Playwright, tests ETL/data warehouse workflows and API validation, reviews logs, coordinates deployments, and adheres to secure testing practices. Requires collaboration across Engineering, Product, Data, and external contractor teams and strong communication skills. Education and experience requirements include formal CS/IT-related degree and certifications preferred.
