Job Summary
Coordinate customer claims and warranty cases between Customer Quality, Marketing, Value Steam, and Engineering teams, driving failure analysis, corrective, and preventive actions with effectiveness validation. Support and collaborate on manufacturing process quality problem solving using system methods such as PSS, 8D, FMEA, SPC, and Q-DAS. Define and execute rational test plans for exiting products, process changes, or new products to verify effectiveness. Lead regular Q-KPI report and data analysis to ensure transparency and prioritize focus on metrics like Total Warranty, First Pass Yield, and FPY. Requirements include an engineering background with over five years in quality assurance, manufacturing process engineering, or group leadership. Familiarity with quality tools like FTA, SPC, Lean production, and Minitab is essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong teamwork, self-motivation, conflict resolution skills, and consistent adherence to standards. Good English communication is required.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering background
- Over 5 years working experience in quality assurance and management or manufacturing process engineering
- prefer to group leadership or supervisor experience and practice
- Be familiar with some general quality methods / tools, e.g. FMEA, PSS/8D, FTA (Failure Tree Analysis), SPC, Q-DAS / Minitab, Lean production concept, etc.
