Job Summary
Lead quality activities for OEM/ODM cold products, including supplier qualification, performance management, and new product introduction. Drive cross-functional efforts with Sourcing, R&D, and suppliers to launch new products flawlessly while managing Quality Plans, PFMEA, and QC strategies. Conduct IPA audits in supplier assembly lines, perform OQC on finished goods, and lead GSQA system audits to ensure supplier readiness and compliance. Analyze monthly SCR and CStaR data to push supplier actions, eliminate defects, and standardize manufacturing acceptance processes. Report to the OEM Food Preservation Quality Manager North Asia in Hefei, China, with a focus on delivering best-in-class consumer experiences through continuous improvement and prevention activities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years in relevant Quality and Operations experience
- Experience in Home Appliances
- Hands-on supplier audit experience
- ISO9001 auditor
- TS16949 auditor
- Quality Engineer Certificate
- English – Fluent, both written and spoken
- Experience OEM/ODM quality management of major appliances product for NPI
- Proven experience in supplier management within the European and American home appliance industry
- team leadership experience
- Ability to coordinate set goals and priorities for multiple project activities while keeping the set timelines with good quality result
- Operational experience in parts qualification flow, delivering of good product launch as product release(OQC)
- Expertise of product manufacturing processes with in-process audit(IPA)
- Proficiency of QA tools and methodologies: 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 5S, PDCA
- Knowledge of SCR (Service Call Rate)/ CStaR(Consumer Star Rating)/ Warranty cost to continue improvement
- Familiar with ISO9001 requirements
- skillful on TS16949 quality tools using
- Knowledge of main international Standards (i/e: IEC60335)
- PowerBI

- Experience in Food Preservation appliance or similar consumer durables or experience with Home Appliance manufacture/R&D area
