Senior Quality & Compliance Specialist

Job Summary
Develop and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) by translating regulatory requirements into practical processes, procedures, and controls. Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and internal policies relevant to the ICT industry while leading internal audits and supporting external audits and certification processes. Monitor process performance through KPIs and quality metrics to drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), identify operational risks, and maintain a risk register with regular reviews. Standardize processes using structured methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma, deliver quality training, and mentor colleagues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and advise stakeholders on regulatory changes.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in quality management and/or compliance within the ICT industry
- Experience implementing and maintaining management systems based on international standards, especially ISO 9001
- Hands-on experience leading internal audits and supporting external audits and certification processes
- Experience with risk assessments and managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Good understanding of ICT regulatory frameworks (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2/ZKS)
- Experience translating regulatory requirements into operational processes and documentation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Desired Qualifications
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer, or equivalent certification
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
- Experience preparing organizations for certification and regulatory audits
- Experience mentoring colleagues and driving quality improvement initiatives
- Experience with work management tools like Azure Devops Services or Jira
- Knowledge of additional management system standards (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, ISO 27005)
