Senior Quality Assurance PM, Mechanical – Data Center Construction

Job Summary
Manage and collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery and consistent client outcomes. Analyze, track, and forecast critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip while verifying project governance and applying best practices across multiple construction projects. Monitor progress to ensure approved design standards are applied correctly, manage supplier interfaces through monthly trackers, and provide technical support to owners, architects, and general contractors. Rapidly respond to RFIs from the field, offer cost control and constructability guidance, and independently review status reports, drawings, and submittals. Forecast key milestones, manage local design teams, and facilitate project information flow via regular meetings and written communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or applicable bachelor's degree and or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience, specifically working with mechanical systems in the built environment
- Background working in design or construction with a mechanical or BMS controls experience
- AND/OR Background working in a vendor equipment factory supporting quality control processes of mechanical equipment
- AND/OR Background working in commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment in mission critical data centers
- Proficiency managing construction documents including BODs, specifications, contract drawings, C/D/E's, equipment submittals and RFIs
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, Project, Smartsheets, and other construction project management tools
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable
