Senior Quality Assurance PM, Mechanical – Data Center Construction

Job Summary
Manage and collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery and consistent client outcomes. Analyze, track, and forecast critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip while verifying that project governance and best practices are applied. Monitor progress across multiple construction projects, manage supplier interfaces through weekly reviews, and provide technical support to owners, architects, and general contractors. Produce formal status reports, respond rapidly to RFIs, and offer expertise in cost control and constructability. Review submittals, timelines, and costs from external parties, ensuring design standards are met in mission-critical data center environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or applicable bachelor's degree and or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience, specifically working with mechanical systems in the built environment
- Background working in design or construction with a mechanical or BMS controls experience
- Background working in a vendor equipment factory supporting quality control processes of mechanical equipment
- Background working in commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment in mission critical data centers
- Proficiency managing construction documents including BODs, specifications, contract drawings, C/D/E's, equipment submittals and RFIs
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, Project, Smartsheets, and other construction project management tools
- On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs
