(Senior) Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary
Senior QA Engineer responsible for maintaining and enhancing high-quality standards across customer relations, supplier partnerships, and internal operations; acts as the senior quality representative, leads 8-D root cause analyses, and coordinates corrective and preventive actions (PPAP, 8D, Pareto, Fishbone, FMEA). Participates in audits and customer meetings, and ensures quality throughout product lifecycle from development to production. Strong emphasis on First Time Right, Zero Defects, and proactive quality mindset with cross-functional collaboration. Fluent English; exposure to high-tech/mechatronics environments and ERP tooling (Glovia) expected.
Required Qualifications
- Completed technical Bachelor education (preferably in mechatronics, automotive, aerospace or medical)
- At least 7 years of related work experience in a high-tech environment or similar industry
- Experience in quality assurance activities including quality planning, risk assessment, testing, and validation
- Knowledge of machining techniques and mechatronics
- Ability to read component and assembly drawings
- Proactive, customer-oriented attitude with strong communication skills; able to liaise with customers and suppliers
- Fluent in English; experience with production-related ERP systems (e.g., Glovia)
- Demonstrable track record in process improvement and statistical data analysis
- Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an advantage
