Job Summary
Lead and manage quality control processes for energy-generating fitness products, overseeing testing, approval, and production trials to ensure performance and sustainability benchmarks are met. Collaborate with customer service to integrate feedback into product improvements, while resolving warranty cases and issuing corrective action requests to drive supplier performance. Conduct audits of global suppliers and assembly lines to verify adherence to 'Gold Standard' quality, safety, and packaging requirements. Develop supplier processes including FMEAs and control plans, ensuring compliance with electrical standards and regulatory approvals. Travel internationally to engage with suppliers and support New Product Development teams in delivering premium, clean-tech solutions.
Required Qualifications
- ISO 9001
- PPAP process
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering/Management within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in customer liaison and managing quality issues with a focus on positive resolutions
- Willing to travel to ensure that suppliers meet the high standards expected of a clean-tech company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical and tech skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven and organised, capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- A problem-solver with the ability to think critically and implement practical solutions that enhance product and process quality
- A natural leader who can inspire teams and suppliers to uphold the highest standards of quality and sustainability
