Job Summary
Monitor and evaluate high-volume multi-communication channel tasks to ensure quality standards are met. Execute audits to guarantee consistency across QA resources and use client-approved data systems to track performance at team and individual levels. Provide actionable feedback on compliance data, generate reports analyzing trends, and share recommendations to streamline processes. Collaborate with production and internal support groups for workflow updates while developing vertical product knowledge. Support special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1 year of front-line contact center experience
