Job Summary
Senior Quality and Process Manager at T Cloud Public responsible for managing and improving processes, applying agile working methods, monitoring and evaluating business operations, establishing, communicating and documenting processes, and developing training materials within cloud operations. Requires 5-7 years of IT experience with modern cloud technologies, experience in Business/Process/Partner/Project Management, process creation and documentation for DevOps, and English proficiency. Certifications in SAFe or ITIL are a plus; role is based in Hungary with remote/hybrid arrangements within Hungary, across Budapest, Debrecen, Szeged, and Pécs. The position emphasizes customer orientation and collaboration in a high-performance EU IT environment.
Required Qualifications
- Completed studies in a technical, engineering or business subject or comparable professional training
- 5-7 years of professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies
- Experience in Business, Process, Partner and/or Project Management
- Practice with human resource management related topics
- Good knowledge of process creation and documentation, especially for DevOps
- Certifications for SAFe, ITIL or project management frameworks are a plus
- Knowledge of agile development processes
- High level of customer orientation
- Fluency in written and spoken English
