Senior Quality and Data Analyst - SSO Quality & Safety Mgt. - USA Health Shared Services

Job Summary

Design, build, and maintain standardized reports from Electronic Health Records, RLDatix, financial systems, and clinical registries to support safety and regulatory goals. Develop automated reporting workflows, complex SQL queries, and interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau for executive and operational decision-making. Serve as primary system administrator for RLDatix modules, configuring workflows, managing upgrades, and ensuring data quality controls. Lead governance of safety event taxonomies, conduct root cause analyses, and prepare data for external reporting to CMS, NHSN, and Vizient. Partner with clinical leadership to optimize event reporting, support Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations. Work 20+ hours per week in a regular position supporting USA Health's Gulf Coast transformation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Nursing, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2 years of healthcare data analytics, quality improvement, or performance measurement experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's Degree
  • Experience administering RLDatix or similar healthcare patient safety/event reporting platforms
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
  • Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
  • Healthcare Risk Management or Patient Safety certification
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and performance improvement methodologies
  • Ability to synthesize complex data sources into meaningful performance insights
  • Expertise in safety event analysis and predictive quality monitoring
  • Ability to present complex information through intuitive dashboards and visual performance tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise analytics and system optimization initiatives
  • Ability to translate technical findings into strategic, actionable recommendations for leadership
  • Strong ability to partner across clinical, operational, and technical teams
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and reporting consistency
  • Regular and prompt attendance
  • Ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required
