Job Summary
Cover the field to originate and onboard potential dealers and vendors for Anchor-led Supply Chain Finance programs while conducting business reviews to troubleshoot program scale-up challenges. Manage a team of Relationship Managers to drive daily and weekly business outcomes, including creating and delivering sales and field beat plans. Work across the transaction lifecycle from limit setup to disbursement, identifying x-sell opportunities in commercial banking debt products like bill discounting and working capital loans. Drive revenue and AUM growth by utilizing sanctioned limits and managing timely renewals. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Risk teams to design specific products and assist in creating the product roadmap. Work on annual operating plans and business projections to ensure target achievement while driving cultural values within the team. Requires 5–7 years of experience in commercial lending or supply chain finance.
