Job Summary
Senior Quality Analyst responsible for creating and executing end-to-end test plans to ensure functionality, automation, performance, reliability, and compatibility across systems. Responsibilities include participating in test analysis/design, building and executing tests, estimating required tests from specifications and design documents, mapping test requirements to business needs, defining environments and data, compiling test specifications and schedules, designing and writing test scripts, recording defects, collaborating with project and client staff, producing clear project documents, and maintaining/supporting software. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 5+ years of manual QA and 5+ years of manual QA automation, experience with Agile/SCRUM, strong QA methodology and SQL skills, API testing, effective communication, problem solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar equivalent experience
- 5+ years of manual QA experience
- 5+ years of manual QA Automation experience
- Agile delivery methodologies (e.g., SCRUM)
- Possess a thorough understanding of testing N-Tier systems and test processes
- ISEB/ISTQB testing foundation accreditation
