Job Summary
Senior Quality Analyst responsible for leading end-to-end quality audits of AR calling and denial workflows in healthcare RCM, analyzing denial trends and quality defects, driving CAPA actions, establishing quality metrics, and partnering with Operations and BPO teams to improve process adherence and performance. Leverages data, audits, and statistical insights to strengthen SOP adherence, support governance reviews, and enable scalable, high-quality execution across internal and BPO teams. Also contributes to training content, SOP improvements, and knowledge management while coaching teams on quality expectations and best practices. Familiarity with athenaNet or similar RCM platforms is a plus.
