Senior Qualitative Project Manager, Market Research (Remote)

Senior Qualitative Project Manager at M3 Global Research, leading day-to-day management of qualitative studies (domestic and international) from kickoff to client delivery, coordinating with a team of PMs and associate PMs, and ensuring on-time, on-budget project completion. Responsibilities include screening and scheduling respondents for TDIs, focus groups, IDIs, and online qual interviews; setting up and testing surveys, monitoring statistics, managing respondent honoraria, and closing/invoicing projects; leading project kickoff meetings, providing regular recruitment status updates, addressing fielding issues in collaboration with sales and operations, managing vendor relationships (domestic and international), and overseeing study profitability. Required skills include strong written and verbal communication, exceptional time management and organizational abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), and the ability to work autonomously and in a team. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; Experience: 5+ years in Market Research. Remote work option available; located in Fort Washington, PA (US).
