Job Summary
Senior QA Testing Lead in Madrid, with remote work up to 40%. Define and drive a comprehensive test strategy across functional, non-functional, and regression testing; lead QA activities for change requests in Clearing applications; establish and oversee defect management in JIRA; facilitate regular test management meetings; identify and escalate risks; collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to align testing with milestones and releases; English fluency required and Spanish highly preferred. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in test management with end-to-end ownership of test strategy, execution oversight, defect management, and QA governance
- Proven track record leading test management across multiple releases or projects
- Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe methodologies
- Experience coordinating and leading a team of more than six testers
- Strong proficiency in JIRA for test management and defect tracking
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly preferred
