Job Summary
Maintain and improve existing QA processes while controlling deployment orchestration to ensure stable releases. Take full ownership of tasks from requirements review through release, conducting thorough reviews of product requirements and test cases to identify gaps early. Execute complex SQL queries for backend data support and handle database fixes during ticket resolution. Align with developers and product managers to explain technical ideas and mentor other QA team members. This role focuses on a legacy clinical application and patient application within an international team of 500 professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience of building and auditing QA Process
- Business analysis skills
- Knowing how to control and verification of Deployment
- Work with requirements review to release — and deliver it with zero handholding.
- Solid Test Design & Reviews
- Strong SQL (Support & Data Fixes)
